Job Profile:
Giving formal induction on the policies, procedures of the organization and introducing them to the departments.
Issuing of Offer letters, Appointment letters and Transfer letters.
Maintenance of Personal Files for Staff.
Conducting first round of interview and short listing the candidates.
Controlling Absenteeism and overtime & Absenteeism Report
Monitoring all employees’ attendance on day to day.

PAY ROLL:
Sending monthly payroll report to Finance Department regarding the salary inputs of new joiners, pay revisions, loss of pay, on the basis of attendance records.
Full & Final Settlement.

SELF APPRAISAL:
Facilitating periodical appraisals
Participating in the performance review meetings.
Analyzing the appraisals and identifying training needs emerging from the same.
