Interacting with employees on a regular basis to motivate and boost their morale; attending to employee grievances and resolving interpersonal conflicts through coaching and counselling sessions.
Organising employee welfare activities, sports & cultural programmes to boost the morale of the employees & their dependents.
Ensuring that labours deployed are provided with all the basic amenities for healthy along with congenial work environment.
Distributing Uniforms to all the plant sites, new entrants, workers.
Updating the Liveries Issuance System.
Liaison / Statutory Compliance:
Representing before the statutory authority in conciliation on behalf of the company for various approvals, clearances, negotiations and settlements.
Ensuring compliances of all statuary requirements related to HR (Labour Legislations) and Contractors establishment.
Handling P.F. related matters such as Form2, 12-A, 5 & 10, Annual returns 3A/6A, P.F. withdrawal Form 19& 10C, Monthly Challan.
Dealing with various Govt Departments like PF, GLO, Factory, Employment Exchange.
HRIS Management:
Maintaining monthly joining & leaving report, filing the new entrants’ papers as well as maintaining individual files.
Preparing Job profile of all the staff members and assigning job responsibilities to employees.
Taking care of the offer letters, appointment letters and other such documents.
Updating employee database, maintaining & updating HR report like Manpower & CTC details chart, Department Wise & Designation Wise Reports, Manpower Matrix (Team Structure) and Requirement & Recruitment Matrix.
Participating in the monthly assessment of staff for Increment, Promotion, Change in Designation, Appraisal letter, Transfer, Service Certificate, Experience and Relieving Letters, etc.
Preparing Full & Final Settlement for staff as well as Workers.
Legal matters:
Handling Union settlements, Handling Court case matters
Issuing Absenteeism notices
Participating in Inquiry proceedings.
Payroll Management:
Following up & receiving attendance data from all department shiftwise entering into payroll system.
Verifying Attendance details & ensuring that corrected salary is being processed.
Administering wages & salary, disbursement of pay slips as well as sorting out any discrepancies at the earliest pertaining to such payments of Staff, Workmen as well as Contractors bills
Maintaining an equitable wage and salary system to obtain and motivate people of required skills in an organization as far as possible.
Employee Information:
Anticipating and designing information capture.
Keeping abreast of skills available within the organization and their current deployment.
Resolving Employee Issues as well as taking care of probation & conformation of the Employees.
Opening salary account for new entrants and preparing the personal file of all employees.
Training & Development:
Identifying training needs of the employees in consultation and coordination with Department Heads through appraisal and SOP’s
Preparing the yearly training Calendar on related fields and areas
Organizing training programme of cGMP and SOP’s
Good in drafting and implementation of SOPs
Maintenance updating of Training Record of all department
Organized Induction Training for new recruits / transferred employees as and when required
Need based Training to all employees for competency development.
Keeping all the training records
Setting up a process to check the effectiveness of Training and taking feedback on the same.
