Job Responsibility includes the following:

Recruitment & Selection:
• Yearly Manpower Forecasting / Budget & its review on quarterly basis w.r.t. Budgeted sales.
• Assessment & Recommendation of Manpower Requirement and define job profit with HOD / Plant Head Obtaining sanction for manpower requisition.
• Choice of appropriate resources (Data Bank–Ref-E portal-Placement-Campus)
• Collection of Bio-Data through appropriate resources.
• Review of Bio Data with JD, Preparation of interview schedules.
• Communication & coordination with Short Listed Candidate, Receiving and direction candidate.
• Arrangement of written test and aptitude test.
• Assessment of the candidate by technical / Behavioral interviewer, reimbursement of to and fro expenses as per policy.
• Preference ratings / short listing for final consultation
• Feedback to candidate about interview & Communication & Coordination for final consultation.
• Concluding interview with HOD/ HR HEAD/ Plant Head.

• Identification of proper training type, assessment of Training agency for required training subjects.
• Provision of training calendar, training budget, the training history card

Legal / Statutory Compliances:

• Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly Return - Compliance & Review.
• Annual, Monthly & Quarterly action plan / check sheet under various Acts.
• Contact with Government Officials for compliance under Factories’ Act, Labor Office, MPCB, PF Office, Welfare Board.
• Sharing with all affairs related to Industrial / labor relations, including union activities.
• Smoothly handling LIC Scheme – GSCA (Superannuation) / Gratuity.

Contract Labour Management:

• Contract Labour Administration of more than 550 Casuals.
• Daily monitoring of adequate manpower availability.
• Securing and providing adequate manpower availability of contract labor.
• Approval for contract Labours from Plant Head / Business Head & Communication with contractors about requirements.
• Attendance of contract labours & Checking of monthly salary bill.
• Renewal of Contract Agreements.

Security Management:

• Assessment & finalization of appropriate security office.
• Planning and implementation of security contract.
• Document verification of security agency & Preparation of security manual.
• Monitoring of security personnel availability at peak.
• Daily checking of security reports and activity plan for discrepancies.

SAP Payroll & Wage, Salary Administration:

• Smoothly Controlling Positive Time-Office Management & SAP Payroll of 500 Employees.
• Power User and End user training for SAP-HR
• Review of daily attendances musters, Monitoring of Late Pass, O/D, Tour Approval, Gate Pass, and Maintenance of Leave Record.
• Provision of daily, weekly and monthly attendance reports.
• Provision of monthly deduction list.
• Verification of master data and manpower strength for final payroll processing.
• Submission of payroll results of accounts. Preparation of bank letter and actual disbursement of earnings.
• Disbursement of payslip to the employees. Maintaining attendance of salary charges.

Separation/Full & Final:

• Receipt of Resignation letter & Confirmation with HOD & Plant Head.
• Counselling with Employee about resignation – Counter Offer if any.
• Conducting An Exit Interview.
• Completion of Clearance formalities & Preparation of Full & Final Settlement.
• Issuing reliving documents, payments & updating of records in the system.
• Completion of Statutory formalities of an employee.

Industrial Relations:

• Support to Manager-HR & GM (O) in negotiation & signing of Two wage settlement.
• Disciplinary matters like issuing Show Cause/ Warning Letters, Charge sheet, Domestic Enquiry.

Safety/Health, Welfare & Factory Administration:

• Employee Transportation – Promoting for Hygienic conditions.
• Finalisation of Uniform & safety shoes with Union Committee members and its distribution.
