· Training, troubleshooting and assisting shift engineer and operators on plastics injection molding, Hot runner system, Heater, Chiller, Dryer, Air Compressor, Auxiliary equipment and assembly/secondary process operation and mold maintenance and fabrication.
· Overall responsible for the operational status of PET perform plant.
· Production, planning & control. Process monitoring & trouble shooting of machine & process.
· Carry out process improvement & machinery upgrading.
· Maintenance and repair of the molds and machine.
· Maintain and improve process capability to meet order requirements.
· Create and maintain the quality system of the plant.
· Responsible for the day-to-day smooth operational efficiency of the plant.
· Work closely with internal staff, suppliers, customers & contractors.
· Reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
