Job Description

He/she will be responsible for the entire sales team and its complete scope of work agreed between company and clients
Achieving sales growth month on month basis.
Creating Yearly sales strategy with the management.
Driving sales executive to achieve the goal sheet and provide them training
Hire replacement of business development executive in case of attrition
Make day, week and monthly plan for sales team.
Review weekly, fortnightly and monthly targets
Prepare and submit management reports on sales to the management.
Should coordinate with Production Department for timely delivery.
Maintain professional relation with client for repeat business and take references.
Getting client Testimonial for all the job served.
Weekly visit client and maintain PR with the client.
