Position: Senior Manager Sales - Plastics

Reports to: General Manager (Plastics)
Responsibilities/Duties:
Handling end-to-end sales procedure
Principal Management
Trouble shoots concerns of the customer and maintains rapport with customer.
Ensure that the Projections are met within agreed terms and conditions
Have good market intelligence for better application of the present products as well as understanding of the market trends and potentials.
Ensures the budget of the function is adhered
Remains up breast of the development in the field

Job Specification
Qualification: B.E. Chemical/ Polymer/ Petrochemical, B.Sc. Chemistry
Experience: 6 to 12 years’ experience in Bulk or Specialty Chemicals or Plastic Industry
Skills:
1. Techno commercial skill
2. Business conversion skill
3. Leadership skill
4. Willingness to travel
5. Highly Target oriented in time bound manner
6. Managing & maintaining excellent relations with principals & key customers
7. In-depth technical knowledge of plastics industry
