Payroll, Salary Administration Compensation-Benefits
End to end processing of company payrolls.
Payroll, Wages & Salary administration
CTC Details, Manpower reports, Overtime & late coming reports, Absenteeism Reports, PF & ESI Reports, Loan & Advance scheduling / management.
Handling Payroll and related statutory matters on monthly basis
Accountable for the timely & accurate salary disbursement (all permanent employees, contractual and other agencies)
Involved in handling promotions, up gradations, transfers, and annual revisions, full & final settlements.
Maintenance Record as per Norms.
Responsible for Leave Management (staff & workmen) & Maintain records as per norms
Monitoring & implementing change as per Minimum Wages.
Sourcing, Recruitment & Resourcing
Planning Manpower requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas
Preparation of Job Description (JD) for each positions & validation of JDs through functional heads
Sourcing profiles through various sources like Placement Consultants, Job Sites

Training & Development

Performance Appraisal
Planning, Formulation, Analysis, Review & Counselling
Setting of KRA at the beginning of the financial year in consultation with departmental HOD with Management .
Development of forms for an appraisal so as to meet the objective in which areas their employees need improvement such as report writing, working in teams and following directions
Coordinating in formulation & implementation of increment, incentive & other remuneration policies.

Contract Labour Management:
Handled labour contractors & contractual work force /check regularly all relevant statutory records
e.g : Labour License / PF / W.C Policy / Wages Register/ Issue work orders & Annual Agreements - Accidental claims under W.C Policy
Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company & government policy.
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.
Finalization of contractors.
Industrial Relations& Government liaison
Liaison works with all government offices like GLWF, FDA, GPCB & CPCB, FI, collectors, Police Station, Telephone & Electricity etc.
Responsible for timely renewed Factory licence, Fire NOC etc.
Responsible for timely submit Statutory return like factory returns,ER-1, etc..
Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations.
Forecasting & anticipating problems and resolving the problematic situation before they manifest
Initiate disciplinary procedure as and when required. Interaction with employees, Issue the absenteeism letter, warning letter, charge sheet & conduct the Domestic Inquiry. Organize and conduct meetings of various committees which include workers and executives handling day to day IR issues.
