JOB PROFILE
Recruitment And Selection:-
Assessing manpower requirements and per Maruti Suzuki norms. Sourcing and
screening resumes, conducting recruitment, scheduling and interviewing
candidates, discussing offer, and issuing offer letter, fixing the grades, making of
salary fitment and handling joining formalities. Maintaining Employee Master
Data & personal Files.
Training & Development :-
Coordinating the training sessions and update training nomination in DMS
System. Developing Training and Developmental initiatives for improve
productivity and quality enhancement. Imparted training to the workers on Safety,
Motivation.
Statutory Compliance's:-
Registration and Renewal of factory license, Annual return under factories act
Form No. 27 through MAITRI portal.
Know process and documentation for the Shop Act license.
Calculating Provident Fund, ESIC and submit the ECR before date of 15th in
every month through online, and also submit returns timely.
